Refund policy

Overview

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are considered final. Once access to the eBook has been granted, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Digital Product Policy

By purchasing Little Women, you acknowledge that this is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped, and therefore no physical return is possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

• The product was not delivered after successful payment
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
• A duplicate purchase was made unintentionally

All refund requests must be submitted through our website within 7 days of purchase.

Processing Time

All refund requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
